How Buying Works at Furniture Haus
Every piece on this site is a single unit sitting on our floor in Clearwater. You confirm it is still here, come see it in person, and pay at the showroom. Four steps, start to finish.

What Actually Happens
STEP 01
Confirm the piece
Call or text (727) 337-6847 and tell us what you are looking at. Every listing is a single unit, so the piece you saw online may already be sold. One call saves you the trip.
STEP 02
Come to Suite B
We are at 936 Cleveland St, Suite B, Clearwater. Walk straight in — there is no appointment and no check-in, and parking is free. Bring the measurements of your room if you have them.
STEP 03
Sit, measure, inspect
Take as long as you like. Sit on it, press the cushions, check the frame and the drawers, and measure it against the wall it is going on. Nobody will hover over you.
STEP 04
Pay in store, then home
You pay at the showroom. Then take it with you, or we book local delivery or pickup with ClearHaul Pro.
What We Cannot Do
Furniture Haus is a walk-in furniture showroom, not an online store. A few things that people reasonably expect are simply not part of how this works, and it is better to say so here than at the counter.
- There is no online checkout, cart, or way to pay through this website.
- We cannot reserve a piece through the website — holds are a phone conversation.
- We cannot sell a piece we have not shown you in person.
- We do not offer restoration, repair, cleaning or reupholstery for furniture you already own.
- There is no online catalogue to order from. Our floor is everything we have.

Delivery
After you pay at the showroom, you can take the piece with you or we will schedule local delivery or pickup through ClearHaul Pro. They serve Clearwater, Pinellas County, Tampa, and St. Petersburg. Fees depend on the piece, the address, and the schedule. Call or text (727) 337-6847 to quote and book.
ClearHaul Pro is the local crew that moves the piece. Furniture Haus sells it. You pay for the furniture at Suite B, then we book the move.
Before You Come In
Can I buy online?
No. Furniture Haus is a walk-in showroom. You pay in person, at the showroom, after seeing the piece. There is no online checkout and no way to reserve something from this website.
Can I put a piece on hold?
Call and ask. Whether we can hold something — and for how long — depends on the piece and what is happening on the floor that week, so it is a conversation rather than a policy.
What should I bring?
Measurements of the space it is going in, and the width of your doorway, hallway and any stairs it has to travel through. A tape measure helps too, though we can lend you one.
How does delivery work?
After you pay at the showroom, you can take the piece with you or we will schedule local delivery or pickup through ClearHaul Pro. They serve Clearwater, Pinellas County, Tampa, and St. Petersburg. Do you accept card or cash?
Payment is taken at the showroom. Call (727) 337-6847 and ask what they can accept for the piece you are looking at.
Can I return something if it does not work?
Ask at the showroom when you are looking at the piece, or call ahead on (727) 337-6847. We would rather you know before you buy than find out afterwards.
